Just two kilometers away from the Kremlin and right next to the famous Soviet‑era high‑rise residential building on Kotelnicheskaya embankment, our project is situated on the first line of the Moscow River and offers all the necessary infrastructure. Fifty‑six apartments with panoramic views of the Kremlin and the Moscow International House of Music. The intense local competition demanded an exceptional positioning and ad‑media for the building on Kotelnicheskaya embankment that would provoke an emotional response in buyers of deluxe‑class real estate. We have developed the following positioning: "A classic house." We are signifying that this building is constructed in accordance with all deluxe real estate standards. The "Symphony of the Embankments" name conveys the advantages of its location and the promising nature of the project, one that should resonate with people who seek harmony, refined comfort, and immaculate execution.
