Innovation, style, and eco‑friendliness are the key visual messages for HILL8

The company City — XXIst Century is pioneering a new real estate format with the HILL8 project, where design and technology are in symbiosis. To present the project to the market, the website had to reflect it's positioning oriented at the premium segment as well as the key advantages of the residential complex — BREEAM‑certified eco‑friendliness, progressive architectural and interior designs by Karim Rashid, and superior technology. Our agency has developed a suite of visual media available on the project website and in the marketing brochure.

The brochure is printed in a glossy magazine format, reflecting its premium positioning and relevance.

Inside the magazine, there is a mini‑brochure describing the advantages of the BREEAM eco‑standard implemented in the HILL8 residential complex.

A wide range of marketing instruments is employed to highlight the premium positioning of the HILL8 residential complex and present the advantages of the project to the target audience. The high level of project execution has been recognized by several industry awards, and the website of the residential complex was recognized as the best in Europe by the International Property Awards 2019‑2020.
